i’m afraid that’s not official, there’s anything posted about this trailer in http://www.evangelion.co.jp is just a combination of the after credits teaser from 2.22 bluray and the TV broadcast for japanese television, correct me if i’m wrong

I think you’re right. There’s some letters on the upper right of the screen that keep appearing and disappearing on each cut. It also doesn’t contain any new footage, so it’s easy to assume that is fan made. Sorry for the misconception! ^^;
